在班级里，我是一班之长，在这个岗位上，我最深的体会是要比别人多一份耐

心、多一份宽容，才能得到大家的认可和拥护。
当同学们对早晚读的评分方法有了较大争议，很多人认为现在的方法不够公平
合理的时候，纷纷来向我投诉和抱怨。这时，我便记起孔子“教导”我的“治班之

道”。我在黑板上写了通知，征集更好的评分方法，我尽力平复同学们不愉悦的心

情，改变早晚读策略。现在，听到早读时全班响彻楼层的声音，幸福感满满哒！（管
